Prices
are per night, excluding a damage
security deposit of € 150,00.
This amount has to be paid at the same time as the balance, 2
months before your arrival. It will be paid back to you within 2
weeks of your departure, if everything is alright. Payments are
through PayPal (6% surcharge) or via bank transfer (bank fees
are for client), never cash.
The deposit to secure your booking is 40% and needs to be paid
after booking.
Arrival and
departure is possible on any day of the week.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, use of pool and wifi.

In July and August, all gîtes can be rented with a
minimum of 4 nights, arrival and departure can be any
day of the week. If we have availability in high season,
we can sometimes decide to rent for shorter stays or
even as B&B. Please ask us about options.
Prices include gas,
water, electricity, heating, use of pool (mid May / mid
September), wifi, per week 2 x
use of washer and dryer, all linen is also included, towels, wash
cloths, shower mats, bedding (beds will be made upon
arrival) and per person 1 pool towel. Welcome package.
