L'Etournerie is
a small rural campsite with 6 pitches maximum, a wooden chalet and
three rental accommodations, situated on the south slope of a hill, with
rustic farm grass. A place where people can enjoy space, tranquility and
beautiful nature in the wonderful climate of the Vendée, close to the
Atlantic Coast. The view is amazing from some pitches and from our viewing
spot!
Our camping and rental accommodations are for adults only.
Six pitches
and a chalet
On the
camping, all of our pitches are suitable for a tent or van, but only
a few are suitable for a motorhome
or caravan (see "camping" page). Electricity is available for each pitch.
We also have a fully furnished wooden chalet
available for rent, situated on the camping.
Chalet Lavande sleeps 2 people.
It can also be rented from 15 May to early September. In
May it can be rented with a minimum of 7 nights. From June onwards, the
minimum is 2 nights.
Our toilet building is fresh, clean and spacious, with plenty of hooks and
a stool to sit on in each shower.
Opening campsite
The campsite is open from 17 May to around 9 September.
Gîtes/rental accommodation
We have three gîtes available for guests:
Maison Passerose,
can be rented year round and sleeps a maximum of three guests. Pets on
request.
Maison Tulipe, can be
rented from mid April to October and sleeps a maximum of two guests. Pets
on request.
Maison Violette,
can be rented year round and sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. No pets
allowed.
Pool
Our pool is 4 x 8 meters and 1.5 meters deep. All our guests can use
it.
The pool is open from end of May to closing date.
Barbecue
Due to the drought that recurs every year, charcoal barbecues are NOT
allowed on the campsite and at Chalet Lavande. Gas barbecues are fine to
use.
Respect
On a small camping like this, you can be assured that guests will treat
each other with respect and will not cause disturbance to other guests.
Radio or tv is therefore never audible for other guests.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9
AM.
Pets
Pets are welcome.
On the camping they will have to be kept on a lead,
but outside the camping there is lots of space for them to run around.
Internet
We have a secured wifi-network. This means that wifi
access is available on every pitch and in every rental accommation. Wifi
speed in the French countryside is probably not as fast as you are used
to, but it is more than enough to keep in touch with your loved ones at
home.
