Prices are per night, excluding a damage security deposit of € 150,00. This amount has to be paid at the same time as the balance, 2 months before your arrival. It will be paid back to you within 2 weeks of your departure, provinding everything is alright. Payments are through PayPal (7% surcharge) or via bank transfer (bank fees are for client), never cash. The deposit to secure your booking is 40% (non-refundable) and needs to be paid after booking. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. There is a minimum of 2 nights required. In July and August, all gîtes can be rented with a minimum of 5 nights, arrival and departure can be any day of the week. If we have availability in high season, we can sometimes decide to rent for shorter stays. Please ask us about options. Outside high season all gîtes can be rented with a minimum of 2 nights. Prices include gas, water, electricity (excl. heating from 1 October to 1 May or any other time if requested), use of pool (mid May / mid September), wifi, per week 2 x use of washer, all linen is also included (= kitchen, bath and bed). Bed will be made upon arrival. Pool towels are not provided. Prices are per week, excluding a damage security deposit of € 200,00. This amount has to be paid one month before your arrival.
